The Restaurant Phoenix Project seeks to find ways to keep our independent Memphis restaurants open by fostering partnerships between chefs, restaurateurs, farmers and the general public.

  • Provide independent restaurants with revenue
  • Provide the dining public with safe places to eat incredible food
  • To support the local economy by driving attention and revenue to  local vegetable farmers, meat producers, artisans and small, independent vendors
